The change of passengers can be carried out via a round platform with a circular staircase or alternatively with a rectangular platform with a central (frontal) in- and outlet. The passengers take a seat in 16 double-seat-gondolas. Two gondolas are mounted on a semicircular arm (slewing gear in the back of the gondola). As soon as the main lifting arm has reached a sufficiently large safety distance from the podium, the semicircular arms begin to turn around their central axis. At the same time the center of the ride rotates either clockwise or counterclockwise. The 8 semicircular brackets can be controlled both synchronously (all with the same direction of rotation) and alternately 4 clockwise and the remaining 4 counterclockwise.
